Drops of water, like sparkles fair,
Drift down from clouds in the air,
Falling down, landing in my hair,
I don't move--I wouldn't dare.
God's creation awaits you and I,
Sparkles of raindrops in the sky,
Clouds going higher, they almost fly,
Birds fly out, oh so high.
I love the feeling after the rain,
When I know that I'm really sane,
When I run with my Great Dane,
Racing on my horse, its flying mane.
So I wait for the day,
When I will hear you say,
"I'm going to Jesus, Jesus away,
"When down to rest I lay."
