Crazy Hair

Hair.

Sometimes that word sounds like it's in a foreign language.

I mean, seriously.

I'm so bad with hair.

Like... you know how sometimes when you're at camps or even at school or something, girls will do each other's hair, and usually they line up to one or two people to do it? Yeah, well, the only thing anybody ever wanted me to do in their is a messy bun. (yes, I hath perfected it. Oh yeah. lol ;D)

I'm not really going to tell you much about my hair, but I'm just going to say... it's crazy. Like... seriously crazy sometimes. (especially if I don't put this special gel stuff that my friend got me. Yeah...) And like I said, I'm really bad with my own hair. That's not just other people's hair. Like... I think I wear a ponytail almost every day. Yeah. Talk about sad.

BUT.

I have gotten out of the only thick headband stage, which is rather a relief, because I think I'm much uglier with the thick headband. Now I'm into the thin-headband-with-messy-bun stage, which is a little better. At least, I think so...

(OK, OK, sometimes I just get so mad at my hair that instead of having the patience to straighten all of my hair, which usually doesn't take very long because I start singing to myself [like I think last time it was the My Uncle was a Monkey song... I don't remember...], so I just grab that headband and a ponytail and put it up. #confession)

Yeah, I have to straighten my hair to get it to look anywhere near "perfect". I'm actually a really bad person to do hair on. (like... have other people do my hair) Because I'm always going, "Ow ow ow,  that hurt!" and wiggling like crazy. Either that, or I get so bored I start singing an annoying song that makes the hairdoer give me a glare. (actually, I mostly just do that to this one friend of mine. Mostly because she's the one I'm around the most, thus the person who wants to do my hair.)

Are you a whiz at hair? Or are you like me, completely clueless? (well, mostly...)

    hahaha! you're so funny. :)
    My hair is wavy/curly/frizzy and it pretty much has a mind of it's own. Sometimes it looks awesome, and I think: my hair is so cool! And sometimes it just want to tangle and frizz so I throw it up into a ponytail and ignore it. Actually, in the summer I pretty much always have it in a ponytail because it's so long and hot. I also like to do an inside-out french braid going from one side of my head to the other and ending in a long braid, but that's only when it's not hot.
    yeah, I talk too much. :)

    Haha, my hair can be like that too...I used to put it in a pony tail EVERY DAY and now it's always a braid.... ;)

    Oh my goodness- I SO KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!!! My hair is SO HARD to manage and I like can never do people's hair!! And I'm almost always wearing my hair in a pony tail!!! & that thing u said about camp is so true- my friend is awesome with hair & had like a line out of our cabins door full of girls wanting her to do their hair! LOL, I wish I was good with hair but unfortunately I'm not =\

    I'm bad at hair too...mine used to be possessed and was frizzy and fluffy EVERY DAY. I had to change shampoo and conditioner I was using, and it helped. I still can BARELY (decently, that is) braid my own hair, so I stick to messy buns, too. :) I remember in summer of 2011, I literally everyday put my hair up in a ponytail and stuck my sunglasses on top of my head. Every. day. I got tired of ponytails. XD

    Yes!!! That's totally me!! Usually I just wear my hair down, and don't even bother putting it in a ponytail! :D Lol! You should tell us your hair color when you tell us your name! :D Lol, jk! Maybe. :D Sorry if that sounded creepy. :P

    I feel so much better knowing that you and the people who commented are in this together. I have no idea how to style my hair so I just keep it down or sometimes in a braid. :P Luckily I have two sisters who are skilled and one who is willing to try different styles on me. :)

    Haha! Yes! I actually love other people doing my hair, but my the only three hairstyles I do are side braid, ponytail, and a bun. I don't even ever wear it down. I just can't stand it in my face or on my neck. I wish I was good at French braiding my own hair, then I'd at least have something new to do with it.

    I LOVE doing other people's hair, but when it comes to me, a ponytail will do. :) Its not that it's crazy hair, its just LOTS of thin hair and it escapes from a bun/plat easily!! So the ponytail is the only thing to contain my hair. :/

    My hair is really curly and thick in addition ti being short like a pixie cut as ( i think maddie) calls it. Then my flat iron broke.. so now I'm self conscience of my crazy hair.. :p
    And, hey I could use some prayer for me and my fam. But please don't put my request on your prayer request thingie.. thank you. :)

    My hair is naturally almost perfectly straight and to my knees. Sometimes I have trouble with it, but for the most part, my hair is pretty good. I generally keep my hair in a bun because it is so long. It gets really annoying sometimes, but I love my hair way too much to cut it:)
